Large indoor gathering at a former brewery space inside Los Angeles Union Station. Hundreds of people are present, all dressed in business attire such as suits, dress shirts, and professional outfits. The crowd is densely packed and collectively facing upward toward the camera’s vantage point, creating a sense of scale and engagement. The space has an industrial feel consistent with a repurposed brewery venue, with high ceilings and open floor area. The overall atmosphere suggests a formal or corporate event taking place in a historic transit-adjacent setting.

MEMBER PROGRAMMING

CCA CONNECTS

8-9 PER YEAR | MEMBERS ONLY
CCA Connects is a luncheon that brings together public sector and business leaders. It offers CCA members a chance to hear from these speakers, gain their insights, and share their perspectives with those who are directly shaping important policy issues affecting the Los Angeles region.
A woman stands among seated attendees at an indoor event in an industrial-style space with exposed brick walls and visible ceiling beams. She holds a microphone in one hand and gestures with the other as she speaks. She wears a dark long-sleeve top and has shoulder-length light brown hair. Around her, a diverse group of adults sits in rows of chairs, facing her and listening; some look directly at her while others glance toward the front of the room. As a member of CCA, she is actively participating in a Q&A session with a policymaker.

MEMBER MIXERS

2-3 PER YEAR  |  MEMBERS ONLY
Casual networking receptions showcasing unique and fun venues throughout DTLA.

A large group of adults gathers at a CCA member mixer in an open, industrial-style venue with exposed ductwork and high ceilings. Attendees stand and sit around long wooden tables and benches, talking in small groups, holding drinks, and networking. In the foreground, a bar counter with bottles and glassware is visible, while in the middle of the room people mingle and converse. Toward the back, additional guests stand near high-top tables and a wall with an illuminated exit sign. The atmosphere is social and professional, reflecting a networking event hosted by the CCA, an organization that brings together business and community leaders in Los Angeles to foster connections and collaboration.

POLICY COMMITTEES

MULTIPLE PER MONTH  |  MEMBERS ONLY
Policy Committees are at the core of CCA’s advocacy efforts and where members actively shape our priorities. These committees allow members to stay updated on the latest from government officials, community partners, and other stakeholders. We collaborate and develop strategies to create real-world impact.

A group of about twenty adults sits around a U-shaped arrangement of white tables during a CCA policy committee meeting in a modern conference room. Attendees wear business or business-casual attire and face inward toward the discussion. Several people take notes on laptops or paper, while others listen attentively. On the right side of the room, a man in a suit appears to be speaking as others look in his direction. Overhead lights illuminate the space, and a wall-mounted screen and glass partition are visible in the background. The setting conveys a formal meeting focused on discussion and collaboration.
