However, hundreds of storefronts sit empty across Downtown. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs throughout Los Angeles are looking for opportunities to grow. This disconnect presents an opportunity to revitalize DTLA.
Vacant to Vibrant brings those two sides together. We connect small businesses with DTLA property owners and help turn empty storefronts into welcoming businesses and community spaces. By placing small businesses in supported, short-term leases, we will re-energize the neighborhood and ensure DTLA can once again be recognized as a space where businesses can open, grow, and become part of Downtown’s future.
