Meet LASAN’s New Executive Director & General Manager, Joone Kim-Lopez
Joone Kim-Lopez joined the Los Angeles Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) as Executive Director and General Manager in July 2026, bringing more than 30 years of public service experience in water and environmental infrastructure management. She previously served as General Manager/CEO of Moulton Niguel Water District and General Manager of the Calaveras County Water District.
