What Downtown Needs: A Conversation on Homelessness and Behavioral Health
Downtown is on the front lines of Los Angeles’ homeless and behavioral health challenges. As the County reshapes how it delivers services, what will that mean for Downtown? Will DTLA get the resources it needs? Will anything change?
Join us for a conversation with Homeless Services and Housing Director Sarah Mahin, Department of Mental Health Director Lisa Wong, and Substance Abuse Prevention and Control Interim Bureau Director and Medical Director Brian Hurley.
This is an opportunity to hear directly from the people responsible for delivering these services and press for answers about what it will take to make a meaningful difference on the ground in DTLA.
